After years in the employ of other concrete contractors, Roberto Gironda and Anthony Taylor were seeking an opportunity to distinguish themselves within the industry. Wanting to set a higher standard of workmanship for local concrete contractors, they pooled their resources, and in 2002 founded Dakoor Concrete L.L.C.
